Jupyter Publishing Workflow: Reproducible Science
Reproducible Science requires documentation and communication. In an effort to improve my communication and documentation of code at the IOER, I created a Jupyter Lab project template that will set up different automations for me. About a year ago, I already wrote about the first version of this template.
I have now improved this significantly. Some of the new features include improved legibility of Jupyter Notebooks converted to HTMLs.
There is also now an overview page generated from the readme.md in the Gitlab CI with pandoc. The HTML/CSS template leans on github.io and the jupyter document view:
